Lynn Patrick’s newly released album, On the Wind, just won an international award from the Independent Music Awards 2007. Sponsored by Musician's Atlas and Border Bookstores, judges included Peter Gabriel, Cindi Lauper, Suzanne Vega, Wynonna, David Grisman, Patti Loveless and many others. On the Wind was also nominated Best Acoustic Album of the Year 2006 with KUNC, 91.5 and Best Instrumental Album of the Year with the Indie Acoustic Project.
Greg Glasgow from Boulder's Daily Camera, wrote:

On the Wind is currently in rotation on XM radio and all three of Lynn's albums are being used for transitional breaks on NPR's All Things Considered, Morning Edition, Talk of the Nation, and Living on Earth. Residents throughout Colorado hear it daily as transitional music on Colorado Public Radio's news shows.
The Denver Post reported, "There´s burnished gold in her guitar playing." Dirty Linen called Patrick’s CD, Winnie’s Guitar "an absolutely lovely recording." And Victory Music Review describes Lynn as "a pretty fine contemporary acoustic guitar player.... Patrick shows why she has earned accolades for her guitar work."
